专家信息:


杨树林,黑龙江人。现任南京理工大学环境与生物工程学院,教授,博士生导师,生物工程研究所所长,校生物化工学科带头人,国家微多蛋白技术研究推广中心主任,江苏省生物能材料重点实验室学术委员会委员。曾任院学术委员会委员, 系主任。

教育及工作经历:

先后在吉林大学、南京大学、华东工学院学习,研究生学历,物理化学理学硕士学位。

作为访问学者两次在加拿大维多利亚大学进行合作科研,多次赴美、加、德、法、英等国大学进行学术交流。

1998年晋升教授。

学术兼职:

1、江苏省生物化工协会工业专业委员会副主任。

2、江苏省科技厅科技项目评审专家组成员。

3、江苏省生物技术协会副理事长(2015—)。

教学情况:


主讲课程:

讲授本科生、研究生和博士生“化学热力学”、“高等生物反应工程”、“现代生物技术”、“多肽与基因工程药物“等课程。

培养研究生情况

先后指导硕士生23人,博士生21人,合作博士后5人。 所指导的学生2010年获江苏省百篇优秀博士论文,2018年获南京理工大学优秀博士论文,2017年获江苏省百篇优秀硕士论文。

科学研究:


研究方向:

1、微生物代谢调控与基因工程 2、生物制药 3、生物医用材料 4、空间细胞生物学。

研究领域:

重组多肽、蛋白质的结构与功能;生物医学材料及组织工程;天然植物内生真菌次生代谢产物的抗肿瘤活性;微生物代谢调控与基因工程。

承担科研项目情况:

国家级项目有863、国家科学仪器设备开发重大专项、新药创制专项和国家重点推广技术,省部级项目有教育部博士点基金、兵器工业部重点计划、浙江省重点项目及江苏省科技支撑计划项目等。

科研成果:

主持的国家级项目被科技部列入国家科技成果重点推广计划和国家新产品试制鉴定计划,获科技成果优秀项目奖。 项目技术产品被科技部、外贸部等五部委定为国家级重点新产品。以项目专利技术为依托,科技部批准成立国家级技术研究推广中心。“863”项目基因工程菌高密度发酵表达胶原蛋白实现了产业化,其产品进入国内外市场。参与编写4部书(含2部工具书)分别在英国和国内出版,其中1部获国家新闻出版总署国家图书奖。

1、 主持的国家级项目被国家科技部列入国家科技成果重点推广计划和国家新产品试制鉴定计划,并获科技成果优秀项目奖。

2、 所主持的科研项目技术成果产品被国家科技部、外贸部等五部委定为国家级重点新产品。

3、以主持的项目技术为依托,国家科技部批准在我校生物化工学科成立国家级技术研究推广中心。

4、1998年被评为南京市科技先进个人,南京理工大学“八五”期间科技先进工作者。

5、在国内外学术刊物和学术会议上发表学术论文100余篇,参与编写的2部著作分别在英国伦敦和中国北京出版,并获国家新闻出版总署国家图书奖。
