杨宝学,男,1962年出生,博士。现任北京大学基础医学院药理学系副主任,教授、博士生导师。

教育及工作经历:

1984年获白求恩医科大学医学学士学位。

1987年获白求恩医科大学医学遗传学硕士学位。

1993年获白求恩医科大学免疫学博士学位。

1987年至1990年 在白求恩医科大学医学遗传学教研室任助教。

1993年至1994年在白求恩医科大学免疫学教研室任副教授。

1994年至1997年在美国加州大学旧金山分校(UCSF)心血管研究所完成博士后培训。

1997年至2003在UCSF医学系任助理研究员。

2003年2009年在UCSF医学系任助理教授。

2009年7月开始在北京大学医学部基础医学院药理学系任教授,博士生导师,系副主任。

科研成果:

(1) 首次发现尿素通道蛋白UT-B 可转运水;

(2) 建立了尿素通道蛋白家族第一个基因敲除小鼠模型;

(3) 发现上皮细胞膜表面矩阵排列蛋白为水通道蛋白AQP4,揭开了一个25年的形态学之谜;

(4) 首次克隆了人水通道蛋白4的cDNA和并鉴定了其基因结构和蛋白特性;

(5) 以基因敲入手段模拟出人遗传性肾性尿崩症第一个小鼠模型;

(6) 成功地建立了水通道1,2,3,4,8的基因敲除小鼠模型;

(7) 首次应用表达水通道蛋白AQP1的重组非复制型腺病毒对的尿崩症小鼠模型进行基因治疗;

(8) 获得了水通道蛋白和尿素通道蛋白在尿浓缩机制中作用的系统性生理学数据;

(9) 发现新的 CFTR突变体改正剂小分子化合物;

(10) 证实CFTR在多囊肾发病过程中起重要作用,提示CFTR抑制剂有可能用于治疗多囊肾;

(11) 发现银杏内酯B可抑制多囊肾囊泡的生成和增大,目前正在进行体内药效学评价;

(12) 利用高通量筛选获得小分子尿素通道抑制剂,并已发现该化合物在体内具有利尿作用。
