麦立强副教授:河南省周口人,材料学博士。现任我校材料学院副教授,在科学研究方面他提出合成钒氧化物纳米管、纳米棒、纳米念珠等一维纳米材料的流变相-自组装新工艺,克服了目前制备该类材料使用金属有机化合物、产量小、成本高、污染大的缺点;将Mo引入钒氧化物纳米管,改善了电化学性能和光学性能;首次将激光辐射技术应用于钒氧化物纳米管结构的调控,实现纳米管中残余有机物的去除和性能的改善;通过SiO2表面包覆纳米LiNi0.5Co0.5VO4,改善其抗电解液溶蚀能力,解决了这类材料容量衰减快、性能不稳定的难题;率先通过回收工业废液中镍钴合成电池材料,产生良好的经济效益和环保效益。同时,他还是国际固态离子学会、美国材料研究学会、中国硅酸盐学会会员及《Chemical Communications》(英国)、《Journal of Electroceramics》(美国)和《Journal of Solid State Chemistry》(美国)等杂志的特邀审稿人。截止目前,他发表的学术论文共有60篇(次)被SCI、EI收录, 并在国际著名的《Physical Review B》、《Chemistry of Materials》等刊物上被他人引用。其中,仅2003年,就有16篇论文被SCI、EI(均为光盘版)收录,约占我校被收录论文总数的10%。部分学术论文获得中国固态离子学会优秀论文奖(排名第一)、中国硅酸盐学会年会优秀论文奖(排名第一)等。读书期间获得校五四青年奖章、优秀指导教师、研究生标兵、省优秀研究生(2次)、省优秀毕业生等荣誉称号,并以优异的成绩获得长飞奖学金。
期间,他还协助导师指导了五名本科生和三名研究生。他指导的本科生郭万里同学,在本科阶段以第一作者在《Journal of Material Science Letter》和《Key Engineering Materials》发表了两篇较高水平的学术论文,被评为湖北省大学生优秀科研成果一等奖,在第八届“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术作品竞赛中荣获二等奖,并获得首届“中国青少年科技创新奖”。这个我校2004年十大风云学子郭万里同学在谈到麦博士时,他坦言:“麦老师在工作上是一个非常科学严谨的人,为我们树立了很好的榜样。在实验中,他总会给我们细心指导,耐心讲解,非常注重培养我们的独立动手、独立思考的能力。即使周末我找他,他也从不会说自己忙。他不仅是我的老师,也是我的好大哥,在我心里,我很尊敬他”。
