崔大付、研究员、博导,1964年毕业于中国科学技术大学无线电电子学系 。毕业后分配到中国科学院电子学研究所工作至今。曾任中科院电子所学术委员会和学位委员会委员、第九研究室主任并筹建了传感技术国家重点实验室北方基地,现任传感技术国家重点实验室学术委员会副主任;是中国电子学会高级会员,传感技术学会常务理事及离子敏、生物敏专业委员会主任委员;并被聘为科技部973计划信息领域咨询专家组成员。

1989年1月,作为访问学者赴英国Durham大学分子电子学研究中心进修,1994年8月应英国皇家学会邀请,赴英进行合作研究;1996年10月应日本振兴学会邀请,赴日本国立横浜大学环境科学研究所进行合作研究。

多年来先后从事电子器件、分子电子学、传感技术、微电子机械系统(MEMS)、生物芯片和微全分析系统(µTAS)等方面的研究工作。

主要科研项目有:国家重大、重点自然科学基金课题“单分子膜及离子敏感膜研究”、“LB生物敏感膜及其应用研究”、“基于MEMS技术的DNA芯片研究”、“µTAS中微泵、微阀和温控反应器及其集成化研究” “高通量、多参数图像SPR生化分析系统”;国家科技攻关项目“H+-ISFET传感器”、“酶FET生物传感器”及“光纤pH传感器”“表面等离子体谐振(SPR)生物传感器及分析仪”;以及“863”、“攀登计划B ”和院重点任务“新型传感器及智能控制系统研究” “高通量、多参数图像SPR生化分析系统”等项目研究。

多年来,发表论文200多篇;申请发明专利30项(其中一项发明专利实现600万元技术转让);培养博士研究生22名、硕士研究生12名,其中有位博士获得院长特别奖。

科学研究:

研究方向:

从事固体电子器件、薄膜技术、微传感器及技术、分子电子学、微电子机械系统(MEMS) 、DNA芯片和微全分析系统(μTAS)等方面的研究工作。

研究成果:

1. 在分子电子学研究方面,20世纪80-90年代,先后负责了重大自然科学基金课题“单分子膜及离子敏感膜研究” 和“LB生物敏感膜及其应用研究”,曾制备出80层磷脂酸有序单分子层积累膜,并在国际上首先开展镶嵌生物活性大分子缬氨霉素生物敏感LB膜的研究, 这项研究评为“特优”,并为吴全德院士主编专著“几种新型薄膜材料基础研究”撰写第十章“LB薄膜及其应用”。该项研究对目前超薄膜制备、纳米电子学及纳米器件的研究仍然具有重要的意义。

2. 研制成小型固态离子敏场效应晶体管(ISFET) 生化传感器并实用化。在“七五”期间(1986-1990年)负责:“H+-ISFET传感器”、“酶FET生物传感器”及“光纤pH传感器”三项国家科技攻关任务,成果突出,获国家“七五”科技攻关奖以及中科院科技进步三等奖;“八五”期间(1991-1995年)负责院重点任务“新型传感器及智能控制系统研究”,进一步把“H+-ISFET传感器” 的研究推向实用化和系统化,该项研究通过了科学院成果鉴定并获院科技进步三等奖;科技部把该项成果确定为转化项目进行推广。目前“H+-ISFET传感器”在国外开始商品化,进入市场;在国内这里是唯一的生产、研究基地。

3. 在国内率先研制成“表面等离子体谐振(SPR)生化分析仪” 并实用化。本项研究早于1989年在英国时开始进行,随后承担多项课题,进行长期深入研究与开发,曾负责和承担重大基金项目二级课题:“癌症预警的SPR检测技术研究”和“九五”国家攻关专题“表面等离子体谐振(SPR)生化分析仪的研制与开发”等多项课题研究,研制成拥有知识产权的“SPR-2000型表面等离子体谐振生化分析仪”并应用推广,获得用户好评,该攻关成果已通过院级成果鉴定以及科技部的成果验收,取得具有国际先进水平的评价。并在此基础上,目前正在研制高通量图像SPR系统和小型SPR系统,已取得重要进展,不久将有产品面世。

4 . 研制成多种微结构型传感器和执行器,均属填补国内空白:“九五”期间承担了“863”和“攀登计划B ”等的多项课题研究,主要是基于MEMS技术研制了多种微型三维结构的传感器和执行器,其中主要包括:(1).研制成高精度硅谐振梁式压力传感器,制备了低应力10μm厚的氮化硅谐振梁,器件采用了热激励和压阻拾振工作原理及真空封装,精度达到近万分之一,Q值大于4万;(2).研制成宽频带高灵敏度硅结构微波功率传感器,频带宽度0-18GHz,灵敏度达0.239mV/mW;(3).微泵和微喷头的研制:研制成三维硅结构、PDMS弹性膜和压电膜驱动的微型泵和研制了一种微结构型剪式压电式喷头,实现喷墨,取得突破性进展。

5. 基于MEMS技术开展DNA芯片及微全分析系统(μTAS) 的研究。近年来,崔大付 教授立足自己的特点和优势,开展了BioMEMS的研究,负责了重点基金项目:“基于MEMS技术的DNA芯片研究”及重大基金项目课题“μTAS中微泵、阀、温控反应器及其集成化研究” ,研制成功小型一次性使用的硅微结构型PCR芯片、毛细管电泳芯片和样品处理芯片。发明了一种集成化、新结构的PCR芯片和夹心式PDMS毛细管电泳芯片,都具有原创性。目前正在进集成化微全分析系统(μTAS)芯片的研制。

项目名称: 氢离子敏场效应管的研制及小型固态pH传感器

小型固态pH值传感器是采用氢离子敏场效应管(H+ -ISFET)作为敏感元件的化学传感器,具有小型牢固、快速灵敏、可集成化、多功能化和易批量生产等特点,不仅可用于测量pH值,还可用于研制多种生物、化学传感器。该项目形成了以H+ -ISFET为基础的系列性成果。包括离子敏场效应管、小型复合固态pH值传感器、工业用固态复合pH值传感器、经皮检测血液pCO2传感器以及相应的配套二次仪表。采用半导体工艺研制的氢离子敏场效应芯片无光敏,具有高成品率和一致性;固态pH传感器测量范围为0 ˜ 14pH,测量精度为0.2pH ,在实用化方面达到国际先进水平。该产品技术先进成熟,涉及到生化、化工、生物、海洋、环保、地质、科研以及工农业生产各个领域,具有很大的推广价值,对国民经济的发展有重要意义。
