赵 杰,1943年7月生于天津市。1964年毕业于河北师范大学物理系,现为天津师范大学物理与电子信息学院教授,材料研究所副所长。1986年以来曾四次访问加拿大McMaster大学,1999年在新加坡国立大学作高级访问学者。
自从1986年访问加拿大开始,在国际著名的离子束分析专家J.A.Davies 和加拿大半导体材料专家 D.A.Thompson 的指导下从事III-V族化合物半导体材料研究。研究课题涉及化合物半导体的欧姆接触、离子注入形成高阻层及量子阱带隙兰移等。近十几年来,承担完成三项关于化合物半导体量子阱材料的国家自然科学基金和天津市自然科学基金。用离子束诱导和无杂质扩散方法研究带隙兰移的规律并获得高达200纳米以上的兰移,引起同行关注。现正在这一领域进行深入研究。
从20世纪90年代起,他同时和李德军博士开展生物医用材料的离子束技术表面优化研究,曾主持完成一项国家自然科学基金项目、参加两项国家自然科学基金项目的研究,在改善医用硅橡胶、聚胺脂材料表面生物相容性方面取得显著成果。现正承担两项天津市自然科学基金项目和一项国家自然科学基金项目,从事钛陶瓷纳米膜和热解碳材料的生物相容性和抗菌性研究。
在国内外著名学术刊物及专业会议上发表100余篇论文。1997、2003年曾获天津师范大学科研天狮奖, 2002年与李德军博士获天津市自然科学三等奖。
Zhao Jie, born at Tianjin City in July, 1943 and graduated from the Department of Physics, Hebei Normal University. Now he is a full professor at the College of Physics and Electronic Information Science and a vice president at the Institute of Material Science. He has visited McMaster University four times since 1986 and visited the National University of Singapore in 1999.
Since 1986, he has been working on III-V semiconductors and ion beam analysis with famous Canadian scientists J.A.Davis and D.A.Thompson. The research projects related in Ohm contacts and implant isolation as well as quantum wells intermixing. In the past decade, he has finished three national and local projects on semiconductors and still working on this field.
On the other hand, he has been working on surface modification of biomaterials by ion beam since 1990’s with Dr. Li Dejun who is a young scientist working at the same university. He was in charge of one national project and joined two projects on the modification of biomaterials by ion beams and obtained important results. Recently, he is working on one national project and two local project on biocompatibility and bactericidal properties for titanium nitride nanofilm and pyrolytic carbon materials.
He has published 100 papers and obtained two awards of Tianshi Research in 1987 and 2003 as well as one Tianjin natural science awards in 2002.
