曾从事过国家基础研究973项目、美国能源部项目和Army Research Lab项目等研究工作,作为负责人先后承担中国博士后科学基金、国家自然科学基金、国科仪专项课题、上海市浦江人才计划、西门子、法液空和华峰铝业研发项目等科研工作。作为上海交通大学方面的技术负责人,以热传输材料的车用空调和消费电子产品应用为目标建立了上海交大-华峰铝业联合实验室。作为成员参加中日国际科技合作项目、上海市纳米技术专项、上海新阳半导体材料有限公司长期合作项目等工作。

主要从事微电子材料与技术、纳米材料与器件、热传输材料等领域的研究工作。曾从事过国家基础研究973项目、美国能源部项目和Army Research Lab项目等研究工作,作为负责人先后承担中国博士后科学基金、国家自然科学基金、上海市浦江人才计划、西门子和华峰铝业研发项目等科研工作。作为上海交通大学方面的技术负责人,以热传输材料的车用空调和消费电子产品应用为目标建立了上海交大-华峰铝业联合实验室。作为成员参加中日国际科技合作项目、上海市纳米技术专项、上海新阳长期合作项目等工作。到目前为止,总共申请发明专利10项,其中3项发明专利已获授权。发表学术论文60余篇,在国际学术刊物(包括Advanced Materials、Carbon、Electrochemistry Communications、Nanotechnology、Sensors and Actuators B、Journal of Applied Physics、Chemical Physics letters等)上发表第一作者/通讯作者SCI论文二十余篇,论文被他人引用二百余次。其中一篇论文获ICEPT-HDP国际会议优秀论文奖,两篇论文被国际纳米技术网站专文报道。
